ingredients for two people:
- 50g of truffle butter
- 25ml of extra virgin olive oil
- Black Truffle 50g
- 500g of potato dumplings
Melt the butter over very low heat, add olive oil and a nice grated truffle (about 20g), heat for a few moments, stir until a homogeneous mixture is formed, drain the abundant gnocchi of cooking water, mix together until create a delicious white creamy sauce, once you have enthralled all the dishes and grated over the remaining truffle.
