Ingredients for 4 people
- 250g of fresh red tuna fillet
- 4 tablespoons of orange juice
- 4 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
- celery to taste
- Salt to taste.
- 25g of Fine White Truffle
Slice finely the red tuna, flavour with orange juice and salt and let it marinate for 5 minutes.
Slice the celery thinly and sprinkle it over the tuna.
Finally, cover the carpaccio with slices of Precious White Truffle.
