Tuna carpaccio with Precious White Truffle

Ingredients for 4 people

  • 250g of fresh red tuna fillet
  • 4 tablespoons of orange juice
  • 4 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
  • celery to taste
  • Salt to taste.
  • 25g of Fine White Truffle

Slice finely the red tuna, flavour with orange juice and salt and let it marinate for 5 minutes.

Slice the celery thinly and sprinkle it over the tuna.

Finally, cover the carpaccio with slices of Precious White Truffle.
